What personal data do I collect:

• Email address

• Subscription date and time

• IP address (for double opt-in verification)

• Substack may also process reading analytics on opens and clicks strictly to help me improve the content and user experience

Purpose:

• Sending the monthly "Mind, Body, Source Text" newsletter

• Analyzing newsletter performance to improve content

I do not use your data for any other purposes without obtaining your explicit consent.
